The interMedial website and its databases provide services for mediation. Some of these are web services, directly accessible on the website, and others are used over the Internet by interMediate case management systems.

The interMedial directory helps people find a mediation service when they need one. It can be searched by type of service and by area, to show profiles of mediation and training services and send enquiries on the spot.

Mediation services can register for secure access to their own area of the website. This is for updating directory records and to use other support services that are closely integrated with interMediate case management software.
